You can revoke this connection at any time.

07Transfers outside the EEA

Where the provider of your AI provider is located outside the EEA, making your data available to it is a transfer to a third country. Because you choose the tool yourself and we have no agreement with its provider, we cannot put standard contractual clauses in place for that transfer.

The transfer is therefore made on the basis of your explicit consent, given before the data is shared. This means your data may be processed in a country without an equivalent level of protection, and that it may be harder for you to exercise your rights there.

08How long we keep your data

At Insurelys side, your data is retained for up to 14 days after collection, together with technical logs, so that we can troubleshoot the collection. It is then automatically anonymised or deleted.

Your consent and the time it was given are kept for as long as we need to be able to demonstrate that it was given.

09Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing.

To exercise your rights with Insurely, please contact us by emailing privacy@insurely.com.

Rights concerning data held at your AI provider must be exercised against that provider.

Where you use the service from the United Kingdom, our processing is subject to the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Insurely AB remains the controller.
